I am going to type in my swim practices as often as possible in hopes that maybe you or someone you know will benefit from them

When we practice we do less yardage but swim harder and concentrate on our strokes more!!! Try a practice and tell me how you liked it!

February 08, 2001
(we are currently tapering so are workouts are not as tough as usual)

warmup: 800 Individual Medley Drill
(butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, freestyle)

200 yards butterfly drill

10X 25 yds butterfly all out on 1 minute
(do the 2 previous sets performing all the stroke but at different times)

25 YDS all out off the block im order

What you are gonna need:

*a latex swim cap
*a good pair of goggles(make sure they dont leak)
*for competitive swimmers I reccomend a drag suit or pantyhose when you train

In this area I'll include a list of all the material necessary to perform the tasks I'm describing on this page.
